Refund & Return Policy

At Aoxeda we stand behind every jersey and we want you to love your order. If anything is wrong — while you're waiting for it to arrive or after it lands — reach out right away and we'll do everything we can to make it right.

Every jersey is made to order and printed just for you, so please check the size chart before you buy. Because each item is produced individually, we handle returns a little differently than an off-the-shelf store.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item

If your jersey arrives with a print defect, a manufacturing fault, or is not what you ordered, we will make it right at no cost to you. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue, and we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund.

Sizing & change of mind

Because every jersey is printed on demand just for your order, we're not able to accept returns or exchanges for the wrong size or a change of mind. Please check the Size Guide carefully before ordering so this doesn't happen. Our jerseys run to a regular race fit — if you're between sizes or unsure, message us first and we'll help you choose the right one.
